A Step by Step guided course for the beginning or the re-connection of your Yoga Journey... This 4 week course will allow you to explore Yoga Postures, Breathwork and Meditation.

You will be welcomed and guided through this 4 week course, building upon each week to establish a Yoga practice for you to feel confident to attend any Yoga class.
